Malvern Auto Electrical operates from 120 Burke Road, Malvern East, Melbourne, Victoria.

Darren Shaw, the current owner, purchased the business in 2000 from the previous owner DLW Auto Electrical. The business had a solid tradition as DLW Auto Electrical operated on the present site from 1954. The business has become an institution within the Malvern area.

We operate a community minded business endeavoring to satisfy the local residents with their needs in a friendly atmosphere. Our friendliness and attention to customer service are our unique points of difference and we get many positive customer comments on these.

Presently staffed by three tradesmen and an apprentice with over 50 years experience between us, we predominantly work on Asian and European motorcars. We also have our fair share of muscle and classic vehicles passing through the doors, as well as four wheel drives, trailers and light commercial vehicles.

We compliment these services with a local call out service.

We aim to offer fast, friendly and a professional service. To aid this we align ourselves with motor trade organizations such as VACC, IAME, VASA and ARC. We also have a strong alliance with our suppliers and trade customers. These businesses refer work straight to us on a regular basis, in recognition of our specialist auto electrical and air conditioning skills, as well as our integrity and work ethic.

We undertake various training and trade networking opportunities and Darren Shaw, the present owner, also sits on an Automotive Training Victoria, Retail Service and Training advisory board & VACC Electrical board, giving back to the industry that has given so much to him and his business.
